肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病手术患者预康复的研究进展

摘要
预康复通过多种术前优化的干预措施可减少患者的围术期应激反应,加速患者术后康复.通过文献回顾对肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者预康复措施、预康复应用于临床护理实践中的障碍与促进因素进行综述,旨在为肺癌并存慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施针对性干预,促进术后快速康复、减少术后肺部并发症提供参考.
Abstract
Prehabilitation can reduce patients'perioperative stress and accelerate their postoperative recovery through a variety of preoperative interventions.This paper summarizes components of prehabilitation in patients with lung cancer and chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease,barriers and facilitators of prehabilitation in clinical nursing practice,aiming to provide a reference for im-plementing prehabilitation in this population to enhance postoperative recovery and reduce postoperative pulmonary complications.
