摘要
目的 评价同辈支持学习在临床护士循证护理理论培训中的应用效果.方法 对39名临床护士进行基于同辈支持学习的循证护理理论培训,共14次小组活动.比较培训前后临床护士循证护理实践知识、态度、行为和循证护理能力.结果 培训后,护士的循证护理实践知识、态度、行为得分及循证护理能力得分显著高于培训前(均P<0.05).结论 同辈支持学习用于临床护士循证护理理论培训,可有效提高循证护理实践知信行水平和循证护理能力.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of peer-supported learning in training of evidence-based nursing(EBN)in frontline nurses.Methods A total of 39 frontline nurses received EBN training by using peer-supported learning strategy,involving 14 ses-sions of group activities.Their EBN knowledge,attitudes and behaviors,as well as ability to perform EBN practice were compared before and after the training.Results All the above-mentioned parameters were significantly improved after the training(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of peer-supported learning in EBN training for frontline nurses,can effectively promote their EBN knowledge,attitudes and behaviors,as well as EBN nursing practice.
