Application of peer-supported learning in training of evidence-based nursing in fro-ntline nurses
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of peer-supported learning in training of evidence-based nursing(EBN)in frontline nurses.Methods A total of 39 frontline nurses received EBN training by using peer-supported learning strategy,involving 14 ses-sions of group activities.Their EBN knowledge,attitudes and behaviors,as well as ability to perform EBN practice were compared before and after the training.Results All the above-mentioned parameters were significantly improved after the training(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of peer-supported learning in EBN training for frontline nurses,can effectively promote their EBN knowledge,attitudes and behaviors,as well as EBN nursing practice.
