摘要
对安全建言行为概念的源起和发展、医务人员安全建言行为的评估方式(包括问卷调查法、访谈法、行为观察法)与分类方式、行为反应类别、前因和后果进行综述.未来研究可在概念化医务人员安全建言行为基础上,拓展该领域研究的深度和广度,以期为我国医务人员安全建言管理提供指导.
Abstract
This review introduces the origin and development of safe voice behavior,and summarizes the evaluation methods(inclu-ding questionnaire survey,interview and behavior observation)and classification methods,behavioral response categories,antecedents and outcome variables of safe voice behavior of medical staff.Future research can expand the depth and breadth of re-search in this field on the basis of conceptualizing the safety voice behavior of medical personnel,in order to provide guidance for the safety voice behavior management of medical personnel in China.
