母乳喂养促进行动小组协同数字故事干预对母乳喂养的影响

摘要
目的 提高6个月内婴儿母乳喂养率,促进母婴健康.方法 方便抽样选取120例住院分娩产妇,按时间段分为对照组与干预组各60例;对照组实施常规产科护理,干预组成立母乳喂养促进行动小组联合数字故事予以干预,分别于出院时至产后6个月评价干预效果.结果 对照组与干预组分别有47例、51例完成研究.干预组产后6个月母乳喂养自信心得分、母乳喂养率显著高于对照组,出院时护理满意度显著高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 母乳喂养促进行动小组协同数字故事干预可有效提高母乳喂养率,有利于促进母婴健康.
Abstract
Objective To improve the breastfeeding rate of infants within 6 months of birth,and to promote maternal and infant health.Methods A convenience sample of 120 postpartum women were assigned to a control group or an intervention group chrono-logically,with 60 in each.The control group was given usual obstetric care,while the intervention group received a digital storytel-ling intervention provided by the breastfeeding promotion action team.The effect was evaluated before discharge and at 6 months after birth.Results A total of 47 participants in the control group and 51 in the intervention group completed the study.The breast-feeding self-efficacy score and breastfeeding rate at 6 months postpartum,as well as satisfaction with nursing care at discharge were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Digital storytelling in-tervention provided by the breastfeeding promotion action team can enhance breastfeeding rate and maternal and infant health.
