肺癌患者围手术期健康教育需求的质性研究

目的 深入了解肺癌手术患者健康教育需求,为针对性干预提供参考.方法 采用现象学研究方法、半结构式一对一访谈12例肺癌手术患者,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料、提炼主题.结果 提炼出疾病知识需求、手术相关信息需求、不适应对需求、居家康复指导需求、多方式获取健康知识需求5个主题.结论 肺癌手术患者健康教育需求多样化,医护人员需注重评估,依据评估结果实施针对性干预,以使健康教育效果最大化.
A qualitative study on the perioperative health education needs of lung cancer surgi-cal patients
Objective To understand the health education needs of lung cancer surgical patients and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods Using phenomenological research method,semi-structured one-to-one interviews were conducted with 12 lung cancer surgical patients.The Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was employed to analyze the data and extract themes.Re-sults Five themes were extracted:the need for disease related knowledge,the need for surgery-related information,the need for coping with discomfort,the need for home rehabilitation guidance,and the need for multiple sources to access health knowledge.Conclusion Lung cancer surgical patients have diversified health education needs.Medical staff should pay attention to assessment and implement targeted intervention based on the assessment results to maximize the effect of health education.
