摘要
新生儿监护室中的早产儿由于全身器官尚未成熟,睡眠周期尚未建立,容易受到声音、光线等有害刺激的影响,这些刺激往往会扰乱并中断其睡眠.睡眠的中断对其神经及生长发育有着负面影响.本文对早产儿睡眠周期、评估工具和促进策略进行综述,旨在提高医护人员对早产儿睡眠保护的认知,为促进早产儿睡眠发育提供临床实践提供参考.
Abstract
Premature infants in the NICU are vulnerable to harmful stimuli such as sound and light,which often disrupt and inter-rupt their sleep,as their organs are not yet mature and their sleep cycles are not yet established.The disruption of sleep has a negative effect on the nerve and growth and development.This review introduces the sleep cycle of premature infants,assessment tools and promotion strategies,so as to improve the cognition of medical staff on sleep protection of preterm infants and provide references for clinical practice in promoting sleep development of premature infants.
