摘要
介绍复能的概念和复能照护相关测评工具,系统综述以功能为中心的护理、自立支援照护、家庭独立计划、居家保持活跃计划、长期照护复能服务、协助计划6种复能照护的实施现状,并提出研究启示,旨在为我国推广实施复能照护提供参考.
Abstract
This study introduces the concept of reablement and the assessment tools related to reablement care,and systematically reviews the implementation status of six types of reablement care,namely,function-focused care,self-supporting care,home inde-pendence program,stay active at home program,long-term care reablement service,and ASSIST program,and puts forward the research insights with the aim of providing references for promoting the implementation of reablement care in China.
