摘要
目的 设计并编写基于证据的急性胰腺炎公众与患者健康科普手册,为急性胰腺炎健康教育提供参考.方法 组建健康科普手册编写团队,通过患者及医护人员访谈明确患者关注主题,检索国内外循证资源总结最佳证据构建科普内容体系,转化证据条目,遵循科普作品创作原则编写科普手册,由6名外部评审专家对手册进行2轮评审.结果 急性胰腺炎公众与患者健康科普手册共5个主题;患者使用满意率94.23％,公众使用满意率93.33％.结论 急性胰腺炎公众与患者健康科普手册以患者需求为导向,以证据为基础,具有较好的科学性和实用性,得到患者和公众的认可.
Abstract
Objective To design and write an evidence-based manual for popularization of knowledge about acute pancreatitis,and to provide reference for health education.Methods We established a working group,conducted interviews with medical personnel and patients who had acute pancreatitis to clarify patients'needs for health education,searched electronic databases to summarize the best evidence,translated the evidence into guidance that was understandable by the patient and average citizen,compiled a draft manual in accordance with the principles of popular science works creation,and invited a panel of 6 experts to refine the manual for two rounds.Results The manual was composed of 5 themes.Patient satisfaction rate was 94.23％and public satisfaction rate was 93.33％.Conclusion The patient needs-oriented,evidence-based manual for popularization of knowledge about acute pancreatitis is scientific and practical,and is also well accepted by patients and average citizens.
