摘要
对网络化认知行为疗法的起源与发展以及用于疼痛管理的内容、管理形式(包括疼痛管理网站、应用程序及虚拟现实技术),在慢性疼痛患者中的应用效果进行综述,为未来开展相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
This article reviews the origin and development of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy,as well as its implementa-tion in patients with chronic pain,including the intervention components,formats(web,mobile applications and virtual reality technology)and effectiveness,aiming to provide reference for future research.
