女性绝经过渡期体验与健康管理需求的质性研究

摘要
目的 了解女性绝经过渡期间的体验、健康管理需求,为制订个性化健康管理策略提供参考.方法 以目的性抽样法,选取在妇产科门诊就诊的绝经过渡期女性17名,采用现象学研究方法进行半结构式访谈,按照Colaizzi七步分析法分析数据,提炼主题.结果 提炼出4个主题:身心困扰、应对措施、健康风险感知与就医经历、健康管理需求.结论 绝经过渡期女性虽然存在一定程度的身心症状困扰,但是能够理性接受身体和心理上的变化与症状,希望得到医护人员、家庭及社会的支持.医护人员应联合医院、社区和家庭共同为绝经过渡期女性提供支持和帮助,促进绝经过渡期女性的健康管理,保障其身心健康.
Abstract
Objective To understand women's experiences and health management needs during the menopausal transition,and to provide a reference for developing personalized health management strategies.Methods A purposive sampling method was used to select 17 women in the menopausal transition who attended the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinic,then semi-structured in-terviews were conducted among them using the phenomenological research method.The data were analyzed utilizing the Colaizzi seven-step analysis method.Result A total of four themes were identified:physical and mental distress,coping strategies,per-ceived health risks and medical seeking experience,and health management needs.Conclusion Although women in menopausal transition experience some physical and psychological distress,they are able to accept the physical and psychological changes and symptoms rationally,and they hope to receive support from healthcare professionals,families and the society.Medical staff should work together with hospitals,communities and families to provide support and assistance to women in the menopausal transition,so as to promote their health management and guarantee their physical and mental health.
