This paper reviews the development background of generative artificial intelligence and its application status in chronic disease monitoring and diagnosis,patient medication management,psychological nursing and health education,and analyzes the problems and countermeasures of generative artificial intelligence in chronic disease management,with an aim to provide a reference for the application of generative artificial intelligence in the field of chronic disease management in China.
