This review introduces the methods to map patient journey,summarizes the current practices and roles of patient journey mapping in breast cancer patients,and analyzes the challenges encountered in the practice,in an effort to provide insights into im-proving the outcomes and quality of life of breast cancer patients,and achieving patient-centered and people-oriented medical ser-vices.
