Constructing nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with inhalation injury based on three-dimensional quality structure model
Objective To develop a nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with inhalation injury based on three-dimensional quality structure model, and to provide the basis for nursing quality evaluation of patients with inhalation injury. Methods Utilizing the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality management model,a preliminary draft of the nursing quality evaluation indexes for patients with inhalation injury was compiled through literature search and research group analysis. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted to refine the indexes, with experts providing feed-back on additions, deletions, and modifications. Results Twenty experts participated in two rounds of consultations. The response rates were 100%and 95%,respectively.The rates of expert opinion were 55.00%and 20.00%.The expert au-thority coefficients were 0.934 and 0.942.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.178 and 0.380(P<0.001).The final-nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with inhalation injury comprised 3 first-level indexes,10 second-level in-dexes and 40 third-level indexes. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with inhalation injury is scientific and reliable, and it can be used as a nursing quality evaluation tool for patients with inhalation injury after further verification.
