Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of stoma mucocutaneous separation in patients after enterostomy
Objective To investigate the current situation of stoma mucocutaneous separation after enterostomy and ana-lyze its influencing factors. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 492 patients who underwent enteros-tomy at Lishui Central Hospital as the research objects.According to the clinical symptoms of stoma mucocutaneous separa-tion after enterostomy, they were divided into stoma mucocutaneous separation group and non-stoma mucocutaneous separa-tion group.Single factor analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results Stoma muco-cutaneous separation occurred in 110 patients after enterostomy, with an incidence of 22.4%.Logistic regression analysis showed that patients with body mass index≥24.0 kg/m2(OR=2.132),intra-abdominal pressure≥25 mmHg(OR=1.571),stoma mucous membrane suture detachment(OR=10.851),peristomal subcutaneous fluid accumulation infection(OR=4.197),ileostomy(OR=2.076),hemoglobin<90 g/L(OR=1.637),and albumin<28 g/L(OR=3.206)had a higher risk of stoma mucocutaneous separation after enterostomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of stoma mucocuta-neous separation after enterostomy is relatively high.Overweight, elevated intra-abdominal pressure, stoma mucous mem-brane suture detachment, peristomal subcutaneous fluid accumulation infection, ileostomy, anemia, and malnutrition are risk factors for stoma mucocutaneous separation after enterostomy.
