基于统计数据和专家判断的新机作战适用性评估

针对新研制的飞机作战试验阶段作战适用性难以综合量化的问题,采用数据统计分析与综合评价相结合的方法,提出了一种基于统计数据和专家判断的新机作战适用性评估方法。建立新机作战适用性评估指标体系,给出基于熵权和灰色聚类的指标赋权流程;构建新机作战适用性评估指标计算模型,给出评估信息采集与处理办法;建立新机作战适用性评估信息综合集结模型,结合实例分析,验证了该方法的正确性。
Operational Suitability Evaluation of New Aircraft Based on Statistical Data and Expert Judgment
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to comprehensively quantify the combat suitability of the newly developed aircrafts in the combat test stage,a method for assessing the combat suitability of the new aircraft in combat test phrase based on statistical data and expert judgment is proposed by combining statisti-cal analysis and comprehensive evaluation of data.First,a new aircraft combat suitability evaluation index sys-tem is established,and the index weighting process based on entropy weight and gray clustering is proposed;then,a new aircraft combat suitability evaluation index calculation model is built,and the evaluation informa-tion collection and processing methods are given.A comprehensive aggregate model for the evaluation of new aircraft combat suitability information is established,and the case analysis is combined to verify the correct-ness of the proposed method.
