Contribution Rate Evaluation of Military Logistic Support Equipment System-of-Systems Considering Similarityand Uncertainty
In view of the problems of complex factors,more uncertain information and difficult evalua-tion in the contribution rate of Chinese military logistics support equipment system-of-systems,taking Chi-nese military logistics support equipment system as the research object.First,a multi-level contribution rate evaluation index system is constructed from four dimensions:completeness of support functions,system-of-systems structure optimization,system-of-systems technology progress and key capability improvement.Then,a combined weighting model based on the maximum similarity is constructed.Finally,the contribution rate evaluation model of the system-of-systems is constructed by integrating triangular intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric cross-impact averaging operator and TODIM.The results of case analysis show that the model has good interpretation,strong operability and excellent practicability,and can provide effective deci-sion-making support for the iterative updating of logistics support equipment and the demonstration plan-ning of equipment system-of-systems.
