Air Combat Target Threat Assessment Based on PCA-LM
The situation changes rapidly in the course of the air battle. To obtain the threat of the enemy target is the prerequisite for us to gain the advantage of attacking and taking tactical evasive action.A regression model combining principal component analysis and damped least square method to evaluate the threat of the target.Firstly, principal component analysis method is used to analyze the correlation among indicators and to convert them into independent components to determine the principal component and to reconstruct the target threat assessment system.Secondly, the regression analysis of the target threat and the principal component is carried out,and the damped least square method is used to estimate the parameters of the regression model, and the statistical relationship between the principal component and the target threat is obtained. Finally, the error between the estimated target threat value and the actual target threat value is used to verify the effectiveness of the regression model. The influence of correlation between indicators on the evaluation results is eliminated, the objectivity of the evaluation results is greatly improved, and the problem that traditional evaluation methods ignore the coupling between indicators is solved.
