Research on the Consistency of Evaluation Method and Test Method for Guided Weapon Hit Accuracy
In view of the relationship and the principle difference between the evaluation methods and test method of guided weapon hit accuracy, the consistency of the two assessment methods of hit accuracy is studied.Firstly, the influence of small sample conditions on the risks of users and developers of point estimation and interval estimation method is studied, and the means to improve the accuracy of hit accuracy assessment is clarified. Then, based on the analysis of the relationship between hit accuracy index and test method,it is clear the hit accuracy index is alternative hypothesis of test methond through the risk comparison with the upper bound interval evaluation method. The consistency of interval estimation method and test method is further analyzed from the risk level of both sides. The results show that the risk consistency between the interval estimation and test method can be achieved by reasonably adjusting the parameters of confidence level and detection ratio; But there will be inconsistency in accuracy assessment result due to different theoretical basis of two methods, and the probability of inconsistency is related to the development level of guided weapon.
