天基航天装备维修链体系构建与维修策略研究

目前天基航天装备维修在我国乃至世界上都是一大难题,亟需改变传统的维修模式,构建天基航天装备维修链,以适应天基航天装备在轨布局与航天任务的发展需求。在分析在轨维修的必要性、可行性与维修特点的基础上,区分地面、低轨道、高轨道、深空4层空间高度,构建了以航天指挥控制中心、维修需求节点、维修保障节点和物资储供节点为关键节点的天基航天装备维修链体系架构,研究了三类重要轨道高度上基于维修链的天基航天装备维修策略,为提升天基航天装备维修保障能力,构建高效、敏捷、柔性的天基航天装备维修链提出了设计参考。
Research on Maintenance Chain System Construction and Maintenance Strategy of Space-based Aerospace Equipment
At present,maintenance of space-based aerospace equipment is a big problem in China and even in the world.It is urgent to change the traditional maintenance mode,and establish a maintenance chain of space-based aerospace equipment,which could adapt to the on-orbit layout of space-based aerospace equipment and the development of space mission.On the basis of analyzing the necessity,feasibility and maintenance characteristics of on-orbit maintenance,the space-based aerospace equipment maintenance chain system architecture with space control center,maintenance demand node,maintenance guarantee node and material storage and supply node as key nodes was proposed by distinguishing four space heights of ground,low orbit,high orbit and deep space.The maintenance strategies of space-based aerospace equipment based on the maintenance chain at three important orbital altitudes of low orbit,high orbit,and deep space were studied.In order to improve the maintenance capability of space-based aerospace equipment and build an efficient,agile and stable maintenance chain of space-based aerospace equipment and,a design idea was put forward.
