Construction and Reasoning Method of Equipment Maintenance Support Knowledge Model
Aiming at the problems of low utilization efficiency of maintenance support knowledge in equipment field,insufficient transformation of experiential knowledge and difficulty in fault location analysis,an equipment maintenance support knowledge model construction and reasoning method was proposed.Firstly,through the analysis of equipment maintenance support workflow,knowledge composition and knowledge characteristics,with the help of knowledge ontology representation method,the equipment maintenance support knowledge model is designed,and the construction method of knowledge model is given based on specific equipment.Secondly,based on the knowledge model and considering the quantitative expression of personnel's experiential knowledge,a fault cause credibility reasoning method is proposed to realize the effective reasoning calculation of maintenance knowledge.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is illustrated by an example of vehicle engine failure,which can be used as a reference for the construction and reasoning application of maintenance support knowledge model in equipment field.
