基于组合赋权-TOPSIS的修理分队路线选择能力评估

修理分队指挥员科学、合理、快速地选择机动路线,对于高效发挥巡回保障力量抢修效益、有效保存战场抢修有生力量具有十分重要的意义。以单目标点抢救抢修任务为研究对象,根据摩步机动路线选择的主要影响因素,构建修理分队路线选择的评估指标体系。采用组合赋权-逼近理想值法(technique for order preference by simi-larity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)评估模型,对分队抢修仿真行动过程中指挥员所选择的机动路线进行评估。在仿真条件下,对3位指挥员提出的机动路线进行评估排序,选择最优路线,以验证该方法的可行性和有效性。
Evaluation of Route Selection Capability of Repair Teams Based on Combined Weighting and TOPSIS
The comm ander of the repair team selects the maneuvering route scientifically,reasonably and quickly,which is of great significance for efficiently exerting the repair benefits of the patrol support force and effectively preserving the active force of the battlefield repair.Taking the single target point rescue and repair task as the research object,according to the main influencing factors of the motorbike route selection,the evaluation index system of the repair team's route selection is constructed.The combined weighting-approaching ideal value method(TOPSIS)evaluation model is used to evaluate the maneuvering route selected by the commander during the team emergency repair simulation operation.Under the simulation conditions,the maneuvering routes proposed by the three commanders are evaluated and ranked,and the optimal route is selected to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
