Risk Based Optimization of Anti-Terrorism Security Strategies for Urban Targets
Under the new situation of significant changes in the international security environment, urban terrorism-related security faces serious challenges.Based on the risk theory, the description of the risk of terrorist attacks on urban targets and the security strategy optimization function are constructed, and a quantitative method of anti-terrorism security strategy optimization for urban targets is proposed.Taking a high-speed railway station as an example, through model analysis, data comparison and optimization feedback,we obtain its risk assessment of terrorist attacks, the effectiveness of existing security measures and strategy optimization conclusions, validate the effectiveness of the method, and provide decision-making and technical support for solving urban terrorism-related security problems.
