基于Delphi-AHP的轻武器训练安全风险因素分析

轻武器是军队数量最多、使用频率最高,也是训练中出现安全事故较多的一类装备。为解决轻武器训练安全风险因素缺乏量化分析的问题,采用"Delphi构建指标-AHP确定权重-事故分析对比验证"的方法,首次构建了轻武器训练安全评价指标体系,系统分析风险因素。结果表明:基于Delphi-AHP确定的指标权重与事故分析结果较为一致,研究方法科学合理;轻武器训练风险性高、影响因素多,需重点考虑人员和管理因素,关注受训者技能水平、受训者安全意识、组织指挥、风险评估及隐患排查等因素,组训时需考虑不同种类轻武器风险因素差异。
Analysis of Safety Risk Factors of Light Weapons Training Based on Delphi-AHP
Light weapons are the most numerous and the most frequently used in the army,while at the same time,more safety accidents are related to them in training.In order to solve the problem of the lack of quantitative analysis of safety risk factors in light weapon training,the method of"Delphi constructing index-AHP determining weight-accident analysis comparing and verifying is used to construct the safety evaluation index system of light weapons training and for the first time,it systematically analyzes the risk factors.The results show that the index weight based on Delphi-AHP is consistent with the accident analysis results,and the research method is scientific and reasonable.Light weapons training suffers from high risks and many related factors,and it is necessary to focus on personnel and management factors,pay attention to the trainees'skill level,trainees'safety awareness,organization and command,risk assessment and hidden danger investigation.When organizing training,it is necessary to consider the differences of risk factors caused by different types of light weapons.
