Application of Quantification Methods of 500 kg Laser-guided Bomb Effectiveness Indexes in Assessment
The low cost-efficiency ratio of 500 kg laser-guided bombs in modern warfare has made them become the main bomb type of air-to-ground strike missions.In the operational effectiveness assessment of weapons,multi-sourced effectiveness assessment indicators portray the weapon system in the complex battlefield environment,and the quantification of indicators is the most important basic work in the assessment work.A method to quantify the indicators based on the correlation affiliation function for the dimensional class indicators is proposed,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to quantify some qualitative probability indicators,while a reasonable weight calculation method is selected according to the type of indicators,and the overall weapon effectiveness is evaluated by a staged ADC assessment model.The method reasonably gives a reasonable quantification process of indicators by analyzing the type of effectiveness indicators and the state of data distribution,the assessment process avoids as much as possible the influence of subjective factors on the effectiveness and weighting of indicators,and the assessment can be carried out in stages or overall.The validity of the method is verified by flight test data.
