摘要

随着信息技术和应用需求的发展,体系的结构日益复杂化,体系的互操作性评估问题也显得越加重要.在增强型互操作成熟度模型的基础上,从结构、应用、设施、安全、运维、数据 6 方面构建了体系的互操作能力指标体系,将体系分解为若干个相互联系的体系要素,通过定性分析与定量计算相结合,评估单个体系要素的互操作等级,再根据各体系要素间的关系构建体系互操作图并综合得到体系的互操作等级.

Abstract

With the development of information technology and application requirements,the architecture of systems has become increasingly complex,and the interoperability evaluation problems of systems have become increasingly important.On the basis of the enhanced interoperability maturity model,the interoperability index system of systems is constructed from such six aspects as structure,application,infrastructure,security,operation and maintenance,and data.The system is decomposed into several interrelated system elements,and the level of interoperability of the system is evaluated through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.The interoperability diagram of system is constructed according to the relationship among each element in the system and the interoperability level of the system is comprehensively obtained.
