情报保障体系能力需求满足度评估方法

为了解决情报保障体系能力需求满足度评估中数据随机性和模糊性造成的评估不准确问题,引入云模型将数据的不确定性转化为精确的定性概念。构建了情报保障体系能力评估指标集合,基于该集合分层分级的架构运用属性层次模型分配了评估指标权重。提出改进欧氏距离的逼近理想解排序方法,并定义了正向距离和负向距离计算公式,进而得出体系能力需求满足度和各性能需求满足度。通过仿真实例量化从评估模型有效性和评估结果趋势准确性两方面验证了该方法的正确性。
The Evaluation Method of Capability Requirement Satisfactory Degree for Intelligence Support System-of-Systems
To solve the probl em of inaccurate evaluation caused by randomness and fuzziness of data in the evaluation of capability requirement satisfactory degree for intelligence support system-of-Systems,the cloud model is introduced to transform data uncertainty into accurate qualitative concept.The evaluation index set of intelligence support system capability is constructed,the hierarchical architecture based on the set applies the attribute hierarchy model to distribute the evaluation index weight,technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)of improved Euclidean distance is proposed,the calculation formulas of positive distance and negative distance are defined,the requirement satisfactory degree of system capability and each performance can be obtained.Finally,the correctness of the proposed method is verified from the effectiveness of the evaluation model and the accuracy of the trend of the evaluation results by quantifying simulation examples.
