摘要
针对普通枪械后坐力大影响射击精度的问题,设计一种新型平衡式导气装置.该装置采用活塞长行程工作原理,可有效减小步枪后坐力.对该装置的导气室、平衡活塞、后坐活塞以及身管等主要部件进行设计并建模,将模型导入UG运动仿真模块中,对该装置的后坐过程进行动力学仿真.通过对仿真结果位移-时间曲线和速度-时间曲线分析,证明总体设计是可行的,对于减小枪械后坐力,提高射击稳定性有重要意义,对减小火炮后坐力有重要参考价值.
Abstract
As the recoil force of ordinary firearm affects the shooting accuracy,a kind of new ba-lanced airway device is designed.The device adopts the operation principle of long stroke of piston,which can effectively reduce the recoil force of rifles.Such main components of the device as air guide chamber,balance piston,recoil piston and the barrel are designed and modeled.The model is impor-ted into UG motion simulation module to make dynamics simulation of the recoil process of the device.By analyzing the displacement-time curve and speed-time curve of the simulation results,it is con-cluded that the overall design is feasible,which is of great significance to reduce the recoil force of guns and to improve the shooting stability,and has important reference value to reduce the recoil force of artillery.
