摘要

海军/海军陆战队远征反舰系统(NMESIS)是美国海军陆战队参与分布式海上作战,封锁关键航道的重要组成部分.通过分析影响该新型导弹系统反舰作战能力因素,构建导弹系统反舰作战能力指标体系,运用熵值法计算指标权重,改进的模糊综合评判法进行评估,评估结果表明,该型导弹武器系统的反舰作战能力处于"良好"水平,结合评估结果分析影响该型导弹武器系统作战能力强弱的原因,提出对策建议.

Abstract

The navy/marine expeditionary anti-ship system(NMESIS)is an important component of the U.S.Marine Corps'participation in distributed maritime operations and blocking critical shipping lanes.By analyzing the factors affecting the anti-ship combat capability of this new missile system,an index system for the anti-ship combat capability of the missile system is constructed,the index weights with the entropy value method is applied,and the improved fuzzy integrated judgment method is used for assessment,the assessment results show that the anti-ship combat capability of this missile weapon system is in"good"level.The assessment results are combined to analyze the cause for impacting the strong and poor capability of operational capability of the missile weapon system,the countermeasure suggestions are proposed.
