Quantitative Evaluation of Air-ground Fire Strike for Armed Helicopters Based on the Improved TOPSIS Method
The quantit ative evaluation research of air to ground fire strike capability for armed helicopters is an important decision-making basis for the application of weapons and equipment in the context of joint operations.Since the special advantages of armed helicopters in low altitude operations, the evaluation index system of air to ground fire strike capability for armed helicopters are constructed.Aiming at the complexity of actual battlefield and equipment operation, and the uncertainty of attribute information of each indicator is considered, the concept of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set is introduced to depict the fuzziness and uncertainty of expert preference in the evaluation process. The advantages of regret theory in depicting the psychological state of decision-makers and TOPSIS in multi-attribute decision making are combined. The quantitative evaluation of air to ground fire strike capability of armed helicopters under the condition of uncertain information is realized.
