Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Networked Air Defense System Based on OODA Loop
Taking the op erational effectiveness evaluation of networked air defense system as the research object,aiming at the problems of unclear sorting of concepts,unscientific index system and unreasonable index weight in the process of effectiveness evaluation,the OODA loop model of networked air defense system is systematically sorted out,and the combat flow of networked air defense system is analyzed.Delphi method is used to establish a dynamic efficiency evaluation index system,and the analytic hierarchy process is utilized to determine the index weight of the evaluation index system.A grey fuzzy evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the operational effectiveness of the networked air defense system,and an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and model.This method can provide a method and reference for constructing networked air defense system and evaluating the operational effectiveness of air defense system.
