遵循全面性、可操作性、独立性、可比性、显著性设计原则,以抽象指标通用特性,适用软件开发为目的,提出了一种树状效能评估指标体系设计方法,将指标划分计算指标与分级指标,逐步建立指标树结构,绑定指标计算模型,通过增加隶属函数对计算结果进行无量纲化处理完成指标体系的构建,最后应用该设计方法对某仿真系统中的单类装备火力毁伤效能进行了指标体系构建实践应用。
A Method for Designing an Indicator System for Tree-shape Effectiveness Evaluation
Such design principles as the comprehensiveness,operability,independence,comparab-ility,significance are followed,the general characteristics of abstract indexes and the suitable develo-pment of software are regarded as the purpose,a tree shape effectiveness evaluation indicator system design method is proposed.Firstly,the indexes are divided into calculable indicators and hierarchical indicators,the indicator tree structure is gradually built,then the indicator calculation model is binded.The subordinate function is increased to the calculation results to carry out the building of the indicator system by the undimensionalization process,and finally the design method is applied to construct an indicator system for a certain type of equipment firepower damage effectiveness in a simulation system to realize the application of the design method.
