核电磁脉冲对计算机机箱的时频域电场耦合特性研究

为研究计算机机箱对核电磁脉冲的时域和频域耦合特性,采用基于时域有限积分法的电磁仿真软件,对计算机机箱采取不同孔缝形状、孔缝布局和机箱内不同位置的电场耦合规律进行了数值仿真。结果表明:机箱的电场屏蔽效能随频率的增加而下降,在谐振频率处达到最小值;同样孔缝面积时,机箱采用圆形孔缝、多圆孔阵列的瞬时电场屏蔽效能和各频点电场屏蔽效能均最优;机箱内的瞬时电场屏蔽效能和各频点屏蔽效能随着与孔缝距离的增大而提升,电场极化方向上的电场屏蔽效能提升缓慢,非极化方向上的电场屏蔽效能提升较快。对提升计算机机箱的屏蔽效能,优化内部电子器件与线路的合理布局提供参考。
Study on E-field Coupling Characteristics in Time-domain and Frequency-domain of NEMP to Computer Case
In order to s tudy the time-domain and frequency-domain coupling characteristics of computer case to NEMP,the electromagnetic simulation software based on time-domain finite integral method is used to simulate the E-field coupling law of computer case with different aperture shape,aperture layout and different positions in the case.The results show that:the E-field shielding effec-tiveness of the case decreases with the increase of frequency,and reaches the minimum at the resonant frequency;when the aperture area is equal,the instantaneous E-field shielding effectiveness and the E-field shielding effectiveness of each frequency point are all optimal when the case adopts circular aperture and multi circular aperture array,the instantaneous E-field shielding effectiveness and the E-field shielding effectiveness of each frequency point increase with the increase of the distance from the aperture.The E-field shielding effectiveness in the electric field polarization direction increases slowly,The E-field shielding effectiveness in the non-polarization direction increases quickly.A reference for improving the shielding effectiveness of computer case and optimizing the reasonable layout of internal electronic devices and circuits is provided.
