摘要

随着现代战争中日益增长的核武器使用风险,战场核爆监测的重要性也更加凸显.针对当前核爆监测哨位优选时缺少量化标准的问题,建立了核爆监测哨位评估优选的指标体系,研究了各评估指标的量化计算方法,并采用理想点法完成了监测哨的哨位优选排序.该方法能够为战时防化部队指挥员快速、合理地选择核爆监测哨位提供辅助决策手段,并为后续核爆监测配系的优选提供前提条件.

Abstract

With the increasing risk of the use of nuclear weapons in modern war,the importance of battlefield nuclear explosion monitoring has become more prominent,In view of the lack of quanti-fication standard in the optimal selection of nuclear explosion monitoring posts at present is established,a index system for the evaluation of the optimal selection of nuclear explosion monitoring posts is studied,the quantitative calculation method of each indicator,and the optimal selection of ranking of monitoring posts is accomplished with the ideal point method.This method can provide the auxiliary decision-making means for the commanders of anti-chemical forces to choose the nuclear explosion monitoring posts quickly and reasonably in wartime,and can provide the prerequisites for the optimal selection of the subsequent nuclear explosion monitoring system.
