某无人机系统作战效能评估研究

依据某无人机系统组成及用途,从情报侦察、指控通联、机动突防、多维防护和综合保障等方面,分析某无人机系统作战效能评估的影响要素,确定作战效能评估指标体系和评估流程;构建装备效能指标与试验科目的映射关系,生成某无人机系统作战效能试验科目;采取专家咨询法、层次分析法,确定了某无人机系统作战效能指标权重,而后采用模糊综合评价法建立了评价模型,最后运用线性加权和法,进行了情报侦察、指控通联、机动突防、多维防护和综合保障等单项效能评估,同时基于ADC模型,结合无人机系统的任务剖面和综合试验,进行了无人机系统的作战效能评估。采用专家咨询法、层次分析法和ADC评估模型等理论方法,对某无人机系统作战效能有效定量评估,可为优化无人机系统设计提供参考。
Research on the Evaluation of the Combat Effectiveness of a Certain UAV System
According to the composition and purpose of a certain UAV system,the influencing fac-tors of the combat effectiveness evaluation of a certain UAV system are analyzed from such aspects as intelligence reconnaissance,command & control and communication & liaison,mobile penetration,multi-dimensional protection and comprehensive support and others,and the combat effectiveness eva-luation index system and evaluation process are determined.Then the mapping relationship between e-quipment effectiveness index and test subjects are built to form the combat effectiveness test subjects of a certain UAV system.The weight of the combat effectiveness index of a certain UAV system is deter-mined with the expert consulting method and the analytic hierarchy process,then the evaluation model is established with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally the linear weighted sum method is used to evaluate the individual effectiveness of intelligence reconnaissance,command&con-trol and communication&liaison,mobile penetration,multi-dimensional protection and comprehensive support,etc.Meanwhile,based on the ADC model,combined with the task profile and comprehensive test of the UAV system,the combat effectiveness evaluation of the UAV system is carried out.Such the-oretical methods as expert consulting method,the analytic hierarchy process,the ADC evaluation model and others are used to effectively and quantitatively evaluate the combat effectiveness of a certain UAV system,which can provide a reference for optimizing the design of the UAV system.
