摘要

为掌握美国海岸警卫队在研无人装备情况,理清了其10项在研无人装备及其任务运用情况.从任务工作量和任务可用装备量视角,定性分析了美国海岸警卫队在研无人装备与11项具体任务间的关系,分析发现在研无人装备体系渐成,装备类型更全面,任务运用全覆盖,但也存在统筹管理不足.最后对我国海警无人装备发展进行了针对性需求分析.

Abstract

In order to grasp the status of the US Coast Guard's unmanned equipments being researched,ten items of development projects and their mission applications are sorted out.From the perspective of mission workload and available equipments,the relationship between unmanned equipments under research and eleven items of missions of US Coast Guard is qualitatively analyzed.The analysis finds that the unmanned equipment system of US Coast Guard is gradually formed.The types of equipments are more comprehensive and the application of mission is in full coverage.However,there is still deficiency in overall management.Finally,the targeted demand analysis on the unmanned equipment development of China Coast Guard is carried out.
