基于改进TOPSIS方法的舰船维修级别判定方法研究

针对传统维修级别判定过于依赖专家主观判断,且缺乏对舰船装备结构特性研究的问题,提出一种基于改进TOPSIS方法的舰船维修级别判定算法。该算法对活动操作性、维修环境水平和人力资源水平等因素进行等级划分和确定方式研究,构建了维修级别判定指标体系;引入灰色关联度改进TOPSIS评估方法,计算相对关联度作为维修级别判定的依据。通过CATIA二次开发搭建软件模块,进一步验证了维修级别判定算法在虚拟环境中的可行性。结果表明,该算法得出的判定结果具有可靠性和合理性,与实际情况相符,可为舰船装备维修工作以及结构设计、检修提供指导性意见。
Research on Ship Maintenance Level Determination Method Based on Improved TOPSIS Method
As the traditional maintenance level determination excessively depends on the objective judgment of the experts and lacks the research on the structural characteristics of ship equipment,a algorithm for determining maintenance levels in ships based on an improved Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method is proposed.This algorithm conducts level classification for such factors such as operational activity,maintenance environment level,human resource levels,etc.and determination modes.The maintenance level determination indicators system is constructed,and a gray relational analysis-based improved TOPSIS evaluation method is introduced to calculate relative correlation degree as a basis for determining maintenance levels.The feasibility of the maintenance level determination algorithm in a virtual environment is further validated through the development and construction of a software module with CATIA.The results indicate that determination results by the algorithm are reliable,reasonable,and consistent with the actual situations,the guiding proposal is provided for ship equipment maintenance work,structure design,and maintenance.
