基于虚拟管道的无人机集群控制方法结合轨迹规划算法和向量场算法的优点,将无人机集群复杂环境穿行问题演变为集中式虚拟管道规划、分布式向量场控制问题,能够解决无人机集群复杂环境穿越难的问题。将生成对抗网络(GAN)应用于虚拟管道生成,设计能够在随机环境下生成感兴趣区域的GAN模型,并利用该模型生成引导区域快速获取生成曲线,进而实现虚拟管道的快速构建。实验表明,所提出的GAN模型具有较强的鲁棒性,基于感兴趣区域的虚拟管道生成算法,相较于传统方法在保证穿越性能的情况下显著提高收敛速度。
A Heuristic Virtual Tube Generation Method Based on GAN
The unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)swarms control method based on virtual tube combines the advantages of trajectory planning algorithm and vector field algorithm to transform the complex environment traverse problem of UAV swarms into a centralized virtual tube planning and distributed vector field control problem so that the difficult traverse problems in complex environment of UAV swarms can be solved.Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs)is applied into virtual tube generation.Firstly,a GAN model that can generate regions of interest in a random environment is designed,and the model is used to generate guidance regions to quickly obtain generation curves,thereby the rapid construction of virtual tube is achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed GAN model has stronger robustness,and the virtual tube generation algorithm based on the region of interest can greatly accelerates the convergence speed under the condition of ensuring the traverse performance comparing to the traditional methods.
