An Evaluation Method for Interoperability of C4ISR Systems Based on Improved Dynamic Bayesian Networks
Interoperability is a key indicator to measure the capabilities of C4ISR systems. In order to solve the problem that traditional interoperability evaluation processes cannot effectively simulate and evaluate dynamical changes of C4ISR systems in battlefield environments, the traditional dynamic Bayesian networks is improved with a two-dimensional Monte Carlo method, and then a method for e-valuating the interoperability of C4ISR systems applicable in battlefield environments is proposed, the reference basis for the planning, construction, and organizational application of the C4ISR system is provided.
