摘要

为实现电磁频谱作战中作战装备作战效能的系统性评估,提出了一种面向装备的电磁频谱作战效能评估方法,该方法引入电磁作战能力、电磁空间态势、战场电磁环境和电磁作战状态4个参量,采用定性与定量结合的方式描述电磁频谱作战的指标体系;通过最优传递矩阵改进层次分析法,规避一致性问题的影响,实现电磁频谱作战的效能评估,对电磁频谱领域的作战研究具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

In order to realize the systematic assessment of combat effectiveness of combat equip-ment in electromagnetic spectrum warfare,a kind of electromagnetic spectrum combat effectiveness as-sessment method is proposed for the equipment,such four parameters as the electromagnetic combat capability,electromagnetic space situation,the electromagnetic environment of the battlefield and elec-tromagnetic combat state are introduced in the method,and the method of qualitative and quantitative combination is utilized to describe the index system of electromagnetic spectrum warfare.The Analyti-cal Hierarchy Process is improved by the optimal transfer matrix to evade the influence of consistency issues and to achieve the effectiveness assessment of electromagnetic spectrum warfare,and the re-search on the field of electromagnetic spectrum is of certain reference.
