穿透性制空作战概念的进展与研究

摘要
美军历来将夺取空中优势视为其在现代军事行动中取胜的先决条件,而作战概念的研发是其主动设计战争、推动作战理论创新的核心环节.穿透性制空作战概念就是美军为应对主要作战对手日益增强的反介入/区域拒止能力的核心空中作战概念.阐述了穿透性制空作战概念的发展背景和核心能力需求,分析了该作战概念的主要特点,梳理了美军在该概念各项作战能力上的最新进展并分析其作战效能,并提出对策建议,进而为我军一体化联合作战提供借鉴.
Abstract
The U.S.military has always regarded the seizure of air superiority as a prerequisite for winning in modern military operations,and the research and development of operational concepts is the core link in its initiative to design wars and to promote innovation in operational theories.The concept of penetrating counterair(PCA)operations is the core air combat concept of the U.S.military in re-sponse to the increasing anti-access/area denial capabilities of major combat adversaries.The develop-ment backgrounds and core capability requirements of penetrating counterair(PCA)operations concept are expounded,the main characteristics of the combat concepts are analyzed,the latest progress of the US military in various combat capabilities of the concept and its combat effectiveness are sorted out,and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed so as to provide a significant reference for the inte-grated joint operations of Chinese army.
