摘要
随着海防部队基础设施的不断完善,功能不断扩展,业务系统间的数据孤岛现象日益凸显,且逐渐成为制约海防建设发展的阻力.针对海防部队业务数据系统多、重复建设的现象,提出了一种基于军事大数据的海防部队数据系统设计方案,该方案从系统架构、系统功能、技术架构、关键问题和关键技术5方面进行详细阐述,旨在为解决海防部队信息系统类别繁杂、集成度低等问题提供参考思路,以实现数据纵深横向信息共享,提高数据利用率,提升数据价值.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the infrastructure of coastal defense force and the continuous expansion of its functions,the phenomenon of data islands between systems has become in-creasingly prominent,and has gradually become the resistance to the construction and development of coastal defense.Aiming at the phenomenon of multiple service data systems and repeated construction of coastal defense force,a data system design scheme of coastal defense force based on military big da-ta is designed.The scheme expounds in detail from five aspects:system architecture,system function,technical architecture,key issues and key technologies.The purpose is to provide reference ideas for solving the problems of complicated categories and low integration of the information system of coastal defense force,so as to realize the data depth and horizontal information sharing,and to improve the da-ta utilization rate and to enhance the data value.
