摘要

为达成电磁频谱域内战术行动机动自由的作战意图,提出基于多目标优化的战术电磁频谱导航技术.在多分辨率战术频谱地图的基础上,构建面向战术行动规划的电磁频谱导航目标函数,设计了多条件约束下多目标优化的电磁频谱导航模型及其技术实现途径.仿真结果表明,该技术优化生成的战术行动频谱导航方案可提升战术行动的适应能力,能够为指挥员优选形成战术行动计划提供较好的决策建议.

Abstract

In order to achieve the operation intention of tactical operation maneuver freedom in the electromagnetic spectrum domain,a tactical electromagnetic spectrum navigation technology based on multi-objective optimization is proposed.Based on the multi-resolution tactical spectrum map,the objec-tive function of electromagnetic spectrum navigation for tactical operation planning is constructed,and the electromagnetic spectrum navigation model and its technical realization approach under multi-condition constraints are designed.The simulation results show that the optimized tactical operation spec-trum navigation scheme generated by this technology can improve the adaptability of tactical operations,and can provide better decision-making suggestions for commanders to form tactical operation plans.
