Study on the Effectiveness Allocation Method of Unmanned Reconnaissance Aircraft Based on Cost-effectiveness Analysis
The current effectiveness evaluation required the synthesis of various algorithms to obtain the effectiveness assessment value of the requested system under the condition that the capabilities of each equipment and subsystem are known;however,it was impossible to determine the effectiveness value of each subsystem on the premise that the effectiveness value and ranking of a system have been clarified.To this end,the concept of effectiveness allocation is proposed,the factors affecting the UAV effectiveness allocation are expounded;the unmanned reconnaissance aircraft is taken as an example,the basic process of the UAV effectiveness allocation is given,the the factors affecting the effectiveness allo-cation are quantified.The UAV effectiveness allocation model is presented based on the cost-effectiveness evaluation criteria comprehensively.And the feasibility of this effectiveness allocation method of UAV is verified by examples.
