基于区间数灰靶决策模型的作战方案选择

针对作战方案评价中存在的信息不确定、主观性强、评价结果差异化程度低的问题,提出了基于区间数的多目标灰靶决策模型。以多弹协同作战方案评估为例,给出了评估指标体系,根据决策信息,建立了属性值的区间数靶心距测度;结合区间数层次分析法和区间数熵权法得到的组合权重,得到方案综合测度,案例表明新型决策模型在解决作战方案的决策问题是有效的。
Combat Scheme Selection Based on Interval Number Grey Target Decision-making Model
Aiming at the problems of uncertain information,strong subjectivity and low differentia-tion of evaluation results,a multi-objective grey target decision-making model based on interval number is proposed.The evaluation index system is given with the example of the collaborative combat schemes of multiple missiles,and according to the decision-making information,the interval number bull's eye dis-tance measurement of attribute values is established.The combined weights of interval number analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and interval number entropy weight method are combined,the scheme compre-hensive measurement is obtained.The case shows that the new decision-making model is effective in solv-ing the decision-making problems of combat schemes.
