分析经典OODA指挥与控制过程模型,描述海上联合战役过程的局限性,概述PREA环和M-OODA环指挥与控制过程模型,提出建立PREA-M-OODA环模型描述海上联合战役指挥与控制过程,有助于海上联合战役各级指挥员科学把握海上联合战役指挥的过程规律和特点,增强海上联合战役指挥的科学性和有效性.
Abstract
The limitation of the describing the process of joint maritime campaign with the classi-cal OODA command and control process model is analyzed,the PREA and M-OODA command and control process models,are surveyed the establishment of PREA-M-OODA loop model is proposed to describe the process of command and control of joint maritime campaign,which is helpful for com-manders at all levels of joint maritime campaign to grasp the process rules and characteristics of joint maritime campaign command scientifically.The scientific and effective command of maritime joint campaign is enhanced.
