某自行火炮随动系统检测装置设计与实现

现有的自行火炮随动系统出厂检测多为人工检测,存在作业人员工作强度高,检测过程中极易出现漏检、错检等问题,严重影响了自行火炮生产效率和产品交付进度。基于此,为某自行火炮研制了一种随动系统检测装置,该检测装置包括上位机、下位机两部分,集成了自行火炮随动系统出厂检测所需的全部功能,可自动完成连续12 h调炮精度检测和调炮时间检测的全过程,无需人工干预。经测试,检测装置功能完善且运行良好。将所设计的随动系统检测装置应用于该型自行火炮生产装调后,截止目前未出现因作业人员失误导致错检、漏检等现象。相较于传统的人工检测方式,使用该检测装置能较好地提高该型自行火炮随动系统出厂检测的效率。
Design and Implementation of Detection Devices for a Servo-control System of a Certain Self-propelled Artillery
The current factory detections of the servo-control system of the self-propelled artillery are most of the manual detection,which caused such problems of high work intensity of operators,missed detection,faulty detection and others during the detection process.The production efficiency of the self-propelled artillery and delivery schedule of the products are seriously affected.Based on the above,a detection device of the servo-control system for a self-propelled artillery is designed.All functions needed by the factory detection of the servo system of the self-propelled artillery are integrated,the whole process of the accuracy detection and time detection of artillery slaving can automatically accomplish within 12 hours continuously without manual intervention.According to the testes,the detection device is in good operating condition.After the designed detection device of the servo control system is applied in the production debugging of the self-propelled artillery,such phenomena as faulty detection,missed detection and others due to the errors of the operators haven't appeared until now,Compared with the tra-ditional manual detection mode,the designed detection device can increase the efficiency of the factory detection for a servo-control system of the self-propelled artillery better.
