频率干扰车是部队遂行通信干扰、辐射源定位等任务的关键装备,随着5G通信、无人机及各类宽带通信设备的不断涌现,其技战术指标已难以满足当前任务需求,亟需升级改装.提出了一种基于连续区间值术语集语言环境下的最优最劣法和决策试验与评估实验室法的需求权重分析方法,基于该法对升级改造需求进行量化分析.基于"任务—能力—指标"映射关系建立需求分析评价体系,采用前述方法对需求指标体系进行量化排序,结果表明:干扰能力、装备可靠性及系统智能化水平是频率干扰车升级改装的重点.
Quantitative Analysis of Frequency Jamming Vehicle Upgrade and Modification Requirement Weights Based on BWM and DEMATEL
The frequency jamming vehicle is a kind of crucial equipment for troops to execute com-munication jamming,radiation source positioning and other missions.In recent years,with the continuous emergence of 5G communication,UAVs,and various types of broadband communication equipment,its technical and tactical indexes have become inadequate to meet current mission requirements.Therefore,it urgently needs to be upgraded and modified.A method for analyzing requirements weight based on the best-worst method and decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory in the language environment of continuous interval-valued linguistic term sets is proposed.The method is used to quantitatively analyze the demands for upgrade and modification.A demand analysis and evaluation system is based on the map-ping relationship between"task-capability-indicator".The above mentioned method is used to quantita-tively rank the demand indicator system.The results indicate that the key points for upgrading and modify-ing the frequency jamming vehicle are the jamming capability,equipment reliability,and system intelli-gence level.
