浅埋偏压不同跨径小净距隧道合理净距及加固措施研究

以新疆乌尉高速上新光隧道为对象,研究不同跨径小净距隧道的合理净距与加固措施.运用MIDAS GTS NX软件建立隧道有限元模型,分析中夹岩在不同净距隧道工况下的水平位移、竖向位移、塑性区以及其竖向应力分布情况,确定小净距隧道的合理净距范围,并对中夹岩柱采用小导管注浆加固.结果表明:中夹岩的竖向应力曲线呈凹字形分布,其竖向应力集中分布在左右洞的拱腰位置处,而在连线中点位置的应力分布则较小.拱顶和地表位置的沉降均在沉降预留量150 mm之内.小净距隧道的合理净距为1B~2B,上新光隧道出口段的净距为15.4 m,符合小净距隧道的设计值.通过使用小导管注浆加固的措施对中夹岩柱进行加固,可增强其稳定性和整体性,从而减小围岩的形变量.
Appropriate clear distance and reinforcement measures for shallow buried bias pressure tunnel with different spans and small clearance
Taking the Shangxinguang Tunnel of Xinjiang Wuwei Expressway as the background,this paper in-vestigates the appropriate clear distance and reinforcement measures for tunnels with different spans and small clear distances.Using MIDAS GTS NX software to establish a finite element model of the tunnel,the horizontal displacement,vertical displacement,plastic zone,and vertical stress distribution of the intermediate rock under different net distance tunnel conditions are analyzed to determine the reasonable clear distance range for small clear distance tunnels,and the intermediate rock column is reinforced with small diameter grouting.The results show that the vertical stress curve of the middle interlayer rock has a concave distribution,with the vertical stress concentrated at the arch position of the left and right tunnels,while the stress distribution at the midpoint of the connecting line is smaller.The settlement of the arch crown and the ground surface is within the reserved settlement of 150 mm.The reasonable clear distance for the small clear distance tunnel is between 1B and 2B,and the clear distance for the upper Shangxinguang Tunnel exit section is 15.4 m,which meets the design val-ue of the small clear distance tunnel.By using measures such as small diameter grouting reinforcement,the sta-bility and integrity of the middle interlayer rock pillar can be enhanced,thereby reducing the deformation of the surrounding rock.
