为开展龙湖煤矿沿空巷道巷旁堆积体动态演化物理相似模拟试验,对相似材料的配比进行了试验研究.选取细河砂作为骨料,碳酸钙和石膏为胶料,设计了 3因素4水平的正交试验.通过对相似材料动态和静态参数的极差分析和多元线性回归分析,得到了3因素对相似材料动态和静态参数的影响规律.采用该相似材料的配比进行物理相似模拟试验.结果表明:在沿空留巷期间,巷旁堆积体受到上覆岩层运动的影响,其结构形态不断变化.在巷旁堆积体形成初期,由于尚未形成稳定结构,其一直处于"自组织调整"状态.当巷旁堆积体形成稳定结构后,受到上覆岩层运动的影响,可能会发生巷旁堆积体挤压巷道的现象.
Study on simulation test of similar materials of the accumulation body beside the gob roadway in Longhu Coal Mine
To carry out a physical similarity simulation test on the dynamic evolution of the accumulation body beside the gob roadway in Longhu Coal Mine,an experimental study was conducted on the proportion of similar materials.Fine river sand was selected as aggregate,calcium carbonate and gypsum were used as sizing materi-als,and an orthogonal experiment with three factors and four levels was designed.Through range analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the dynamic and static parameters of similar materials,the influence rules of three factors on the dynamic and static parameters of similar materials were obtained.The ratio of similar ma-terials was used to conduct physical similarity simulation tests.The results show that during the process of retai-ning the gob roadway,the accumulation body next to the roadway is affected by the movement of the overlying rock strata,and its structural form is constantly changing.In the early stages of the formation of the roadside ac-cumulation,since a stable structure has not yet been formed,it has been in a state of"self-organizing adjust-ment".When the accumulation beside the roadway forms a stable structure,affected by the movement of the o-verlying rock strata,the accumulation beside the roadway may squeeze the tunnel.
