城市轨道交通正交异性钢桥面板疲劳损伤系数研究

基于城市轨道交通正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能的重要性,对国内多个城市的轨道交通的交通荷载进行了调研,发现各线路各时段的客流量差异较大,各线路的载客平均轴重与空车平均轴重的比值不同,比值为1.02~1.51.轨道交通因乘客流量带来的轴重比例变化相对较小,因此每一列车都对钢桥结构的疲劳有一定影响.研究了疲劳损伤系数的组成,基于不同的应力循环次数,提出了基于列车荷载作用频次的城市轨道交通桥梁的3个疲劳损伤系数.研究结果可为城市轨道交通钢桥的疲劳设计提供参考,并为规范的修订提供技术依据,对完善城市轨道交通钢桥疲劳设计具有理论意义.
Research on fatigue damage coefficient of orthotropic steel bridge deck for urban rail transit
Considering the crucial role of fatigue performance in orthotropic steel bridge decks for urban rail transit,a survey was conducted to analyze the traffic loads of rail transit in various cities across China.The sur-vey revealed significant differences in passenger flow volume across different lines and time periods.The ratio of average axle load to empty car average axle load ranged from 1.02 to 1.51 for different lines.Although the proportion of axle load variation caused by passenger flow volume in rail transit was relatively small,each train still had a certain impact on the fatigue of the steel bridge structure.The study also examined the composition of fatigue damage factors and proposed three fatigue damage factors for urban rail transit bridges based on the frequency of train load.These findings can serve as a reference for the fatigue design of urban rail transit steel bridges and provide a technical basis for the revision of standards,which is of theoretical significance in impro-ving the fatigue design of urban rail transit steel bridges.
